This series of thixotropic agents are amide paraffin waxes using hydroxy fatty acids. Due to the binding force of amide and hydrogen in hydroxyl, this series of products have higher melting point than ordinary paraffin waxes, and can show strong thixotropic properties when used in solder paste. Especially suitable for high temperature production, one-component moisture-curing methylsilyl terminated polyether sealing
1. Prevent solder paste from layering and improve the stability of solder paste
2. Prevent solder paste from deformation and collapse during preheating after printing
3. Prevent solder paste from edge diffusion after printing
4. Due to the high melting point, this product is also suitable for lead-free soldering
